Salumi per celiaci Portalupi's cooked hams are produced with anatomical cuts, polyphosphate free, without milk by-products, GMO free, gluten-free, and therefore included in the list of the foodstuffs that can be eaten by people affected by celiac disease. In addition they are naturally cooked in a steam mould.

Portalupi not only produces cooked ham, speck ham and bresaola, but also prosciutto di parma, prosciutto and coppa.

Among Portalupi's cured raw cold meats, the speck ham from Tyrol and the bresaola stand out, along with prosciutto, prosciutto di Parma (with or without bone), seasoned spallotto, local coppa and coppa from Parma.

Portalupi's salamis are fine (Milano salami and Ungherese salami) or thick grain (local salami and valligiano salami), typical regional salami (Napoli salami, Felino salami, pressatella and ventricina), small salami varieties and seasoned sausages.
